Unfortunately, people use social
channels to publicly post issues with
other residents, organizations, or rules.
However, social media isn't the place to
resolve disputes.
If negativity arises, ignoring it can do
more harm than good. The discussion
should be taken offline immediately to
preserve a positive atmosphere and the
board's reputation. Consider addressing
disputes, issues, and negative
comments by following these practices:
• Reply and state that you understand
their concerns.
• Message them directly to continue
working on the issue.
• Leave your contact information and
invite them to reach out.
