INFORMATION?
A community association and its board
members must file through FinCEN
at www.fincen.gov/boi. After a board
member files as a beneficial owner and
submits their personal information,
they'll receive an identification number
that's to be used to register the HOA as a
reporting company.
A community manager or third-party
provider may be able to help you
with this process. Check with your
association attorney for questions
about filing.
