REQUIREMENTS?
It's necessary to act now! The deadline
for registering as a beneficial owner and
submitting your HOA's information as a
reporting company is quickly approaching.
• For associations created prior to
January 1, 2024, the deadline to file
is January 1, 2025.
• For associations created after January
1, 2024, and before January 1, 2025,
the deadline to file is 90 days from the
creation of the community.
• For associations created after January
1, 2025, the deadline to file is 30 days
from the creation of the community.
