FORUM

encourage resident attendance and participation,
schedule an open forum during this meeting, so
homeowners can take the floor and directly share
feedback on topical issues.
Add the open forum to the meeting agenda and
establish a time limit for each speaker. Set ground
rules and share expectations for forum contributors.
Maintain formality and professionalism during
the open forum to establish a level of respect and
structure that keeps speakers on topic.
