ABOUT
COLLECTIONS.
Regular and effective communication may be the most
important tool to facilitate a positive and cooperative
spirit within a community. Make sure homeowners
know there's a collections policy in place. Include
details about where members can find the policy and
how to contact you with questions or concerns. The
more you keep the community informed, the easier it
is for residents to comply with the collections policy.
Keep residents in the know and communicate via all
available channels, including:
• Post your policy on your community website
• Share it in board meetings
• Post it in your community app
• Send it via email
• Announce it in your community newsletter
• Remind residents of it on your clubhouse
