Heat olive oil in a frying pan for 5-7 minutes. Then, turn off the heat. 3. Let the oil cool for 5 minutes. Add garlic paste and mix for 3-4 minutes. 4. Turn the heat back to low, add spinach, and let simmer for 7-10 minutes, making sure not to overcook. 5. Meanwhile, arrange baguette slices on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and toast in oven until slightly brown. 6. Remove baguette slices from oven and top each toast with the cooked spinach and Swiss cheese. 7. Return assembled toasts to oven and cook until cheese is just melted. 8.
