ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups sour cream
1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
½ cup green onions, sliced
crackers (for serving)
vegetables (for serving)
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream,
cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
3. Spoon mixture into a 1-quart baking dish, and bake
for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and
hot.
4. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
