ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped or shredded
4 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 loaf sourdough bread, cubed (for serving)
1. Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and
basil to a food processor or blender. Blend slowly,
mixing 1 tablespoon of olive oil at a time until the
desired consistency is achieved.
2. Transfer the dip to a large bowl and serve with
sourdough cubes.
