1. Stir oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds,
vanilla extract, and sea salt in a jar or storage
container with a lid. Refrigerate overnight.
2. Remove lid and stir contents, adding more milk to
thin if needed.
3. Top with chocolate chips, peanut butter, and/or
fresh berries, and enjoy!
Easy Overnight
Oats
½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup milk
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1-2 tsp honey
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt
2 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
1 Tbsp peanut butter (optional)
¼ cup fresh berries (for garnish)
