Did You Know? Butterscotch became famous in 1851 when Queen
Victoria was presented with a tin in Yorkshire.
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat in eggs.
3. Stir in dry ingredients and mix in butterscotch chips.
4. Spread the batter on a greased baking sheet.
5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, cut, and serve.
