1. Make the crust by combining the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar in a medium bowl.
Stir in melted butter until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
2. Remove ¹

cup of the crumb mixture and set aside.
3. Press the remaining crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan and place in the refrigerator.
4. Meanwhile, make the filling by mixing the powdered sugar and cream cheese using an electric
mixture until light and smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until thick and fluffy.
6. Spread a little less than half of the cream filling over the chilled crust.
7. Layer the peach slices on top.
8. Dollop the remaining cream over the top of the peaches and spread carefully to
the edges of the pan, covering the peaches completely.
9. Sprinkle the reserved graham cracker mixture over the top.
10. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2-12 hours before serving.
Crust
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
2-3 Tbsp granulated sugar
¾ cup butter, melted
Filling
1½ cups powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream
(at least 40% fat)
5-6 medium peaches, peeled, pitted,
& thinly sliced
