1. Place the water, sugar, and cinnamon stick in a medium saucepan over low heat.
2. Simmer until all sugar is dissolved and cinnamon is fragrant, about 7-10 minutes.
3. Set the water to boil briefly and add the coffee. Stir and turn off the heat.
4. Cover and let sit for another 5-7 minutes.
5. Use a fine-mesh strainer to pour into a coffee pitcher.
6. Serve from the pitcher and enjoy!
