1. Mix ground coffee with water in a large container.
Cover and let sit at room temperature for at least
12 hours.
2. Line a fine-mesh strainer with cheesecloth and
position over a pitcher. Pour coffee mixture through
the strainer, allowing all liquid to run through.
3. Discard leftover coffee grounds and place container
in the refrigerator to cool.
4. When ready to serve, add ice cubes to a glass and
fill ¾ full with coffee liquid.
5. Add half-and-half and sweetened condensed milk
to taste.
6. Mix well and enjoy.
