1. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Add olive oil to a skillet and cook pork chops for 4-6 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and keep
warm.
3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add apples and scallion whites. Season
with salt and pepper and cook for 4-6 minutes.
4. Stir in chicken stock concentrate, water, and sugar, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
5. Pour sauce over pork chops and garnish with scallion greens.
