Easy Hummus

1. Combine tahini and lemon juice in a food processor and blend for 1 minute.
2. Add the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin and blend for 1 minute.
3. Add half of the chickpeas and blend for 1 minute. Scrape sides and add
remaining chickpeas; blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
4. Slowly add water until desired consistency is achieved.
5. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl, sprinkle with paprika, and enjoy.

½ cup tahini, mixed well
1 large lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
½ tsp ground cumin
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
2-3 Tbsp water
