Did You Know? Many food historians say that sangria was likely
invented by Romans thousands of years ago when they conquered the
Iberian Peninsula in 200 BC.
1. Place sliced fruit in a large pitcher.
2. Add the sugar, and then stir in liquids.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Serve in a chilled glass or over ice.
2 limes, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 orange, sliced
1 cup sugar
2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups orange juice
1 cup brandy or rum
1 bottle Spanish red wine
