Mexican Mule
1. Add ice to a copper mug or Collins glass and
squeeze the lime juice over the ice.
2. Add the agave nectar.
3. Pour in the mezcal and ginger beer.
4. Garnish with cucumber slices, stir, and serve
immediately.
1 handful ice
½ oz lime juice
¾ oz agave nectar
1 oz mezcal
1 oz ginger beer
3 cucumber slices (for garnish)
