1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cake and pudding mixes, sour cream, vegetable oil, beaten eggs, and warm
water.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a well-greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 35-45
minutes, or until the top is springy to touch and a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
4. Leave cake in baking dish and cool thoroughly for at least 1½ hours. Then, invert
the cake onto a plate.
5. Make the frosting by mixing cream cheese, melted butter, vanilla extract, and
powdered sugar in a medium bowl until creamy.
6. Apply the frosting to the top of the cake, slice, and serve.

1 (5.9 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
½ cup warm water
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Frosting
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
16 oz powdered sugar
