Add dry ingredients to mixer and mix on low until combined. 6. Stir in chocolate chips, toffee bits, potato chips, and pretzels. 7. Roll cookie dough into golf ball-size balls. Place cookie dough balls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheets, leaving about 6 inches between them. 8. Bake cookies until edges are crisp and centers are still soft, about 10-12 minutes. 9. When you remove the cookies from the oven, firmly tap the baking sheet on the counter to deflate them. Sprinkle the cookies lightly with flaky sea salt. 10.
