1. In a small bowl, mix the Thai chili peppers and lemon juice. Set aside to marinate.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, yellow onions, and green onions. Add the grated coconut and
season with salt.
3. Slowly add the Thai chili and lemon juice mixture to the large bowl.
4. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
5. Serve with tortillas, naan, local flour titiyas, or white rice.
