1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a greased ceramic or glass baking dish, layer
potatoes, flour, butter, salt, pepper, and onion
soup mix.
3. Pour heavy whipping cream over top until the
potatoes are nearly covered.
4. Bake for 1-1½ hours or until the top is
golden-brown.
