1. Prep the chicken and rinse in lemon water.
2. Drain the chicken, add it to a bowl, season with
garlic, and set aside.
3. Blend the remaining ingredients to make a marinade.
4. Pour the marinade over the chicken and refrigerate
overnight.
5. Cook the marinated chicken in the oven or on the
grill. Timing and temperature will vary.

lemon water
6 cloves garlic
2 tsp pimento
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
2 tsp fresh thyme
2 onions
1 tsp black pepper
1½ scallions
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Scotch bonnet peppers
