1. Mix the ground beef, garlic, eggs, parsley, Parmesan
cheese, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a bowl. Form
mixture into meatballs and cook in a skillet with oil
until brown.
2. Add the tomato paste, hot water, basil, pepper, sugar,
oregano, and remaining salt to the skillet and stir.
3. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 45 minutes-1 hour.
4. Cook rigatoni according to package directions.
5. Serve meatballs and sauce over rigatoni.

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tsp salt, divided
1 Tbsp oil
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
2¼ cups hot water
1 tsp basil
pepper (to taste)
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1 box rigatoni
