Fill a large skillet halfway with water and add sausage links. Boil sausages for 8-10 minutes on each side and remove from heat. 3. Preheat oven to 400°F and arrange peppers on a foil-lined baking sheet, skin-side down. Add onions on top of peppers, lightly spritz with olive oil, and season with more seasoned salt and garlic powder. 4. Place the cooked sausages on top of the onions. Bake for 20 minutes, flip sausages, and then bake for another 20 minutes. 5. During the last 5 minutes of cook time, increase the heat to lightly boil the beef broth, and toast the French bread in the oven. 6. Construct the sandwich by laying a bread slice down and topping it with sausages. Dip slices of roast beef into the beef broth for 30 seconds and layer over the sausage. Then, add peppers and onions, drizzle with broth, and top with bread. Slice into 5 individual sandwiches and serve.
