and timely repairs. Assess the conditions of
community amenities, including:
• Pools. Have your HOA's pool
maintenance professional check the
pool's filters, temperature control, pH
balance, and cleanliness.
• Playgrounds. Look for wear and tear
on ground materials, playground
equipment, gates and fences, and
other amenities.
• Tennis courts. Check for torn or
broken nets, worn paint, and other
issues that could affect resident
safety or satisfaction.
