CHECK COMMUNITY HEATING
SYSTEMS.
Some communities experience hard freezes that can debilitate regular operations.
Schedule a maintenance tune-up for all heating systems in association buildings so
you aren't left in the cold.
• Maintain HVAC systems. Even if everything appears to be working, regular HVAC
maintenance will keep your heating system in good shape.
• Prepare fireplaces. If your community has fireplaces in shared areas, clean out
chimneys and hearths.
• Update temperature settings. Don't forget to update the settings on your
thermostats to keep temperatures comfortable for residents.
