After a resolution has been reached, board member should follow up to reiterate the
agreement, communicate action items, and provide contact information. By checking in, you
ensure that everyone is adhering to the agreement and confirm you're all on the same team.
Take what you've learned from the experience to inform your community's own best
practices for next time. When you do your part to remain neutral and work in the best
interest of the community, everybody wins.
