4. WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF
A RESALE PACKAGE?
The purpose of a resale package is to offer transparency to the buyer and
seller of a home within an HOA. To the seller, a resale package identifies
their financial and legal position with the community, solidifying their
good standing. Similarly, it informs the buyer of the financial, legal, and
social expectations set forth by the HOA. Providing awareness and
visibility of a home and its community before closing, a resale package
delivers peace of mind to a buyer and protection to a seller.
