6. HOW DOES A BUYER
OBTAIN A RESALE PACKAGE?
The real estate agent for the buyer or title company might order a resale
package 30 to 60 days before closing. Often, it's distributed to the buyer by
their real estate agent and may come in a digital or print format, depending
on the association.
A homeowner does have the ability to order a resale package, as well. A
homeowner can reach out to their community's management company or
board to receive a resale package or other disclosure materials.
