3 1. CLEAN GUTTERS AND INSPECT ROOFS For cities far and wide, spring and summer months bring stormy weather and high winds. Gutters can quickly and easily become overloaded with branches, leaves, and other debris from storms. It's important to take this time to check gutters and soffits for hanging, detached, and broken parts. Ignoring these issues can only intensify the problem and lead to water damage, rotted wood, and much more. Hail and other natural storm events can also cause roof damage. Call on a certified roofer to complete an inspection of all common association buildings. While unsightly, damaged roofs can also be a safety hazard. It's critical to patch up any roof damage before it becomes a more serious issue. 7 6 5 4 8 9 10 11 3 12 13 2
