CLEAN THE
POOL
As a newly-reopened amenity, many
residents may want to take advantage
of the pool, but safety and cleanliness
should be your top priority. Residents
are trusting you to comply with all the
precautions set forth by local and state
governments, so make sure you address
those requirements first.
Beyond the legal guidelines, pool
surfacing and deck improvements will
also need some attention. Confirm drain
covers and other anti-entrapment systems
are compliant and up to code.
