This session will provide an overview of the Residential Tenancy Act and its implications in strata communities. 

The seminar will be particularly useful to strata councils, investor owners and tenants to help them understand the expectations of current legislations and to foster a stronger sense of community between owners and tenants. The Associa rental services will also be covered to provide further information and options to investor owners.
