Richard Emery

Richard is an industry veteran with more than 25 years’ experience in residential real estate. He currently serves as Vice President of Government Affairs for Associa, Hawaii region. He currently hosts the weekly Internet show <a href="http://thinktechhawaii.com/">Condo Insider</a> and has been a speaker at numerous trade events both in Hawaii and on the mainland. He is a member of the Community Associations Institute Legislative Action Committee and a director for the Hawaii Council of Community Associations. Richard holds the highest industry designation for reserve study preparation and was co-author of reserve study amendments in Hawaii’s condominium law.
