David Simpson

David Simpson, Director of Client Services, has had a successful track record of problem-solving, senior leadership and increasing property values through effective asset management. David joined Associa Hawaii in 2017 as a Community Director and because of his exceptional client relationships and business acumen, the new Director of Client Services position was created for him at Associa Hawaii. Mr. Simpson served as a Property and Asset Manager for Robertson Properties Group for 11 years where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of 14 assets, including 379,000 square feet of residential, commercial, agricultural land, office and commercial parking venues valued in excess $210M. Under Mr. Simpson’s exceptional leadership, at Robertson Property Group he increased profitability across his property portfolio by implementing systems that reduced utility costs by two million dollars over a 10-year period. David has also served as a Regional Manager for Bigelow Management in Las Vegas, where he supervised 80+ employees and managers while managing the operational budgets for 5 separate locations with 2,200 units.
