Chentelle Brooks

Chentelle S. Brooks, CMCA, PCAM, Director- Site Management Division for Associa Hawaii leads a team of 15 site/resident managers who serve at Oahu condominium associations islandwide. Chentelle’s industry experience has included serving as a project accountant and later a community association manager. Chentelle is the consummate multi-tasker, having successfully raised two children while studying business management and accounting in college, and later working full-time while earning three of the industry’s top designations from the Community Associations Institute- Professional Community Association Manager, Association Management Specialist, and Certified Manager of Community Associations.
