State Homeowner Assistance Fund Now Available to HOA Residents

At Associa Tennessee, we value the success of your community and strive to keep you informed of the government-sponsored initiatives that may impact your association’s future. In this effort, we’d like to make you aware of an aid program that’s now open to qualified condominium owners and homeowners delinquent in their association dues.

The Tennessee Homeowners Assistance Fund (TNHAF) provides financial relief to owners who are behind on their mortgage payments, past due property tax bills, homeowner insurance bills, and HOA or condominium association fees and dues.

Those whose household income is equal to or less than $119,850 and who are at risk of foreclosure and/or displacement due to financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic are now eligible to apply.

Please note that this notice is for informational purposes only. We’re happy to be of service to you, so let us know how we can help you communicate these details to your homeowners.
