e3 Champion: Turning a Board Attitude Around with e3 Service

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients. 

Nomination by Deborah Griffiths: "Our VP received a phone call from a board president stating that Nicola is the best manager they've ever had. He completely turned around the attitude the board had about NNJ. Nicola is dedicated to the community and wants what is best for them. Nicola is pursuing his American citizenship, and he loves the USA and Associa. Nicola was shown Associa's family spirit early on when he was working for Associa Mexico and the hurricane hit. Associa was able to help him and his family during this crisis. Most importantly, Nicola works hard to bring folks together to resolve issues as he deals with some challenging boards. He is a pleasure to work with!"
