e3 Champion: Truly Defining Family Spirit
Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.
Nomination by Brent Royal: After an overnight power outage affected our office, the computer hosting our gate databases was inoperable due to a fried power supply. Without even being asked, Will heard about the issue with my computer and started working to bring it back online using his computer repair skills. After spending time swapping hard drives between computers and modifying the functions Will was able to get my system back up and running without losing any data or access to our gate systems. Without Will's help we would have spent days waiting for repair. Will shortened that to several hours. Over 80 communities would have been without any kind of gate programming if he hadn't stepped in and went above and beyond to help. Will truly defines Associa Family Spirit!
