CELEBRATING
HOLIDAYS
Pro tip: Host a decorating station the night before where
families can create patriotic decorations together.
Witches Ride
Residents dress up like witches and parade through the neighborhood, handing out candy to
the little ones along the way. Afterward, the witches celebrate at their own after-party with
spooky bites and bewitching company.
Holiday Lights Contest & Trolley Tour
Residents compete for best-decorated home, and a rented trolley or hay wagon carries
residents with cocoa in hand to view the twinkling lights. Just remember to remind people of
your decorating rules!
Fourth of July Bike & Golf Cart Parade
Kids decorate bikes and scooters, families deck out golf carts and wagons, and the parade
winds through the neighborhood to a cookout at the clubhouse. Whether you want to
participate or just watch the procession go by, there's a way for everyone to be involved and
something delicious to look forward to.
Neighborhood Progressive Dinner
Appetizers at one home, the main course at another, and dessert at a third. Have small groups
rotate from house to house so everyone meets new neighbors by the end of the night.
