Since 2005, Associa Cares has become the leading nonprofit in the community association
industry and a trusted resource for other organizations across North America seeking disaster
relief support for their clients.
In 2024, Associa Cares delivered timely disaster relief grants to 242 families across the U.S. We
also strengthened our presence in Canada with Associa Cares Canada, providing support to 179
families through a combination of direct relief grants and community partnerships.
Having resources available during a crisis is an invaluable source of comfort. We are honored to
offer direct financial assistance to individuals and families, whether or not they live in Associa-
managed communities.
