WELL-MAINTAINED AND
FUNCTIONAL.
Residents have certain expectations for community amenities. After all, many of
them purchased their homes because of the convenient facilities and perks the
association offers. When the pool, gym, or other amenities are out of commission, it
can be disappointing for residents and their guests.
Well-maintained amenities give residents a place to relax, socialize, and stay active in
the community. Your board can keep these shared areas in optimal shape and avoid
downtime with regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
