Make sure they function properly and are visible and easily accessible. • Prepare amenities for summer events. Prioritize upkeep for clubhouses, pools, cabanas, spas, grilling areas, playgrounds, gyms, and parks so they can be enjoyed in the warmer weather. • Manage grill usage to prevent fires. Remove all nearby foliage, debris, and other buildup that could cause a fire, emphasize safety guidelines, and keep a fire extinguisher nearby. • Check that water features function properly.
