1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, artichokes, spinach,
sour cream, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Spread 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on each zucchini round.
4. Arrange zucchini rounds on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake until
zucchini is tender and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
