1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pineapple
juice, eggs, vegetable oil, and pudding mix. Set
aside.
3. Combine melted butter and brown sugar in a 9x13
baking pan.
4. Line the baking pan with pineapple slices.
5. Place maraschino cherries inside pineapple slices
and drizzle cherry juice on top.
6. Pour the cake batter mixture evenly over the fruit.
7. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Invert the cake, slice into 12 pieces, and serve.
1 box pineapple cake mix
1 cup pineapple juice
4 large eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1 (3.4 oz) pkg vanilla pudding mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup light brown sugar
2 cans pineapple slices
1 can maraschino cherries
