S E R V E S 1 5
1. Preheat air fryer to 410°F.
2. Make the fritters by combining flour, sugar,
baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a medium
bowl.
3. Add milk, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
Stir just until moistened, then fold in apples.
4. Line air fryer basket with parchment paper and
spritz with cooking spray.
5. In batches, drop ¼ cup balls of dough, 2 inches
apart, into the basket.
6. Spritz with cooking spray and cook for about 5-6
minutes.
7. Flip fritters; continue to air-fry until
golden-brown, about 1-2 minutes.
8. Meanwhile, make the glaze by melting the butter
in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
9. Carefully cook until butter starts to brown and
foam, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; cool
slightly.
10. Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to
browned butter.
11. Whisk mixture until smooth. Drizzle over fritters
before serving.
