1. Season meat with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Mix Creole seasoning and flour in a deep dish.
3. In a separate dish, beat eggs and milk.
4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Dip each piece of steak in the egg and milk mixture, then thoroughly coat in the seasoned flour mixture.
6. Place steak in heated oil and cook on each side until crispy and golden-brown.
7. Remove and place on rack or paper towels to drain.

2 lbs top round steak, thinly sliced & cut into palm-size pieces

pepper (to taste)
Creole seasoning (to taste)
2-3 cups flour
5 eggs
1 cup milk
canola oil
