1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain
excess fat.
2. Mix in bell peppers, tomatoes and green chilies,
zucchini, and spinach.
3. Stir in taco seasoning. Cook for about 5 minutes or
until spinach is fully wilted.
4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and cover skillet
until cheese has melted.
5. Garnish with green onions and serve.
