1. Cook orecchiette according to package directions. Strain and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet. Brown both sausages, breaking into small pieces as it cooks.
When completely cooked through, set aside in a dish or bowl.
3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes over medium-low
heat, about 2 minutes.
4. Add the wine and increase the heat to medium. Cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the water and chicken bouillon to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
6. Add the broccoli rabe to the skillet. Cook until the pieces are wilted but still bright
green, about 5 minutes.
7. Finally, stir in the cooked sausage and orecchiette.
8. Divide into bowls, top with Parmesan cheese, and add salt and pepper to taste.

1 lb sweet Italian sausage,

1 lb hot Italian sausage,
casing removed
1 stick salted butter
8 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup dry white wine
4 cups water
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
2 bunches broccoli rabe, stems removed &
chopped into 2-inch pieces
8 oz Parmesan cheese,
shredded (for topping)
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
