1 head cabbage or iceberg lettuce, finely diced
3-4 small Persian cucumbers, finely diced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
¼ cup chives, finely sliced
2 lemons, juiced
¼ cup olive oil
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 small shallot
1 cup fresh basil
1 cup spinach

cup nutritional yeast
¼ cup walnuts
1 tsp salt
ingredients
1. Combine cabbage or lettuce, cucumbers, green
onions, and chives in a large bowl. Set aside.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to a blender or food
processor. Blend until smooth.
3. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.
