ingredients
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place a 10-inch-deep cast-iron skillet in the oven to heat.
2. In a small bowl, use a whisk to beat eggs until fluffy, then add vanilla extract and milk.
3. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients until blended.
4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
5. Remove skillet from oven and place on a heat-protected surface. Place butter pieces in skillet and allow
to melt and coat the bottom and sides.
6. Pour the batter into the skillet and return to oven on the middle rack.
7. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350°F, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
8. Remove dutch baby from oven and use a serrated-edge knife to cut into 2-4
sections.
9. Serve warm garnished with blueberries.
